Water Tech Pulse 2nd Generation Battery Operated Pool & Spa Vacuum

The Pool Blaster Pulse by Water Tech is a Cordless, Rechargeable Pool & Spa Vacuum. This is the 2nd generation pulse with an upgraded larger debris chamber and a metal handle for the pool pole attachment. Overall the upgraded Pulse is a better unit than the original Pulse.  It combines the fixed vacuum head of the Catfish Model with the larger debris chamber of the Centennial model to produce a compact and powerful cleaner.

The Pulse is a very compact and versatile vacuum. I like that the cleaner has some weight to it and it feels very balanced on the end of my pool pole. You can connect it directly to a standard pool pole with the Pole Connector adapter or use it with the included plastic pole sections. The compact size makes this ideal for your spa or to spot vacuum your above ground or in-ground pool. The large debris chamber is great for those pools with a lot of leaf debris.

CONVENIENT CLEANING: Perfect for quick and easy cleaning in the Hot Tub or Spa and the Swimming pool. No hoses or cords needed. Four-piece sectional pole set included (45” length).

QUICK RELEASE: Unique Canister Debris Chamber uses dual-cam lever connection making it easy to empty debris chamber between cleanings.

CAPTURE MORE DIRT: XL debris chamber captures a variety of debris; acorns, twigs, leaves dirt and sand.

RUN TIME: The lithium ion battery powered Pulse is designed to run up to 45 minutes

7.5" Vacuum Head w/Soft-Bristle Brush, Wall Charger, (1)All Purpose Filter Bag Four piece pole set (45" length) included

The unit comes almost completely assembled. All you need to do is attach the Vacuum Head to the Pulse. I like the fixed hard plastic vacuum head as it never gets bent and I think the hard plastic head makes vacuum easier. It has a large debris opening and brushes on the bottom so picking up dirt and debris is very easy. The Filter Cone is designed to stop debris and dirt but it won't pick up very fine dust. If you have very fine dust in your spa or pool you may want to opt for the Pool Blaster Max Li with a Sand/Silt bag. But for most situations, the Pulse does a great job with dirt and debris.

It takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge the Pulse and then you get a good 45 minutes of cleaning time out of it. The dedicated on/off switch makes turning the unit on and off a breeze and the fact that the battery is completely water sealed allows for easy worry-free use.

I like the power of this unit and the very large debris chamber. The Pool Blaster Catfish is similar but with a very small debris bag. The pulse can hold a lot of debris. I also like the fact that the debris chamber or Filter Sleeve is very easy to clean. Just hose of the clear plastic Filter Sleeve and the Filter Cone and you are ready to go again. It couldn't be easier.

So if you are looking for a good battery operated cleaner for your pool or spa, check out the Pulse by Water Tech.
