The Polaris 3900 Sport is one of the best high-end Pressure Side Cleaners on the market today. Before the Polaris Quattro Sport, it was the Ferrari of the Polaris line up of cleaners. It is still one of the most reliable and well-engineered cleaners on the market today. Another great bonus feature is the fact that you can basically rebuild the entire cleaner for $180.00

The Polaris R0543200 3900 Sport Rebuild Kit Retails for under $180 and it is a real bargain when you think about how it gives your 3900 Sport a new lease on life. If your Polaris 3900 Sport is running slowly or just not cleaning your pool like it used to, this kit will solve the issue.

The only parts it does not come with is the top manifold, water management system, 2 wheels, tires, bag and the tail.

The design improvements provide a much more reliable pool cleaner. This tune-up kit comes completely pre-assembled, as you see in the image. The kit is actually very easy to put on. It takes about 20 minutes and you will be reusing some parts from your Polaris 3900 Sport so be careful not to throw away any parts until you are completely finished. I would suggest getting 2 new bearings for the outside tires, maybe a new tail sweep and if the rubber tires are old and bad replacing those would be logical.
The kit is pretty amazing and Polaris is doing the owners of the Polaris 3900 Sport a huge favor by having this available. Basically, you are getting an almost brand new cleaner once you have the kit installed. This is a great way to save money and extend the replacement lifespan of your Polaris 3900 Sport for another 5 years.

Mr. Pen Non-contact Voltage Meter - Don't Get Electrocuted!

One of the biggest issues you will run into with anything connected to an AC power is if that device or equipment is receiving power. In the pool service industry, this often is the case when you find that a pool pump won’t turn on. Or if a pool timer doesn't on, is it receiving power? Also for repairs with so many breakers being unmarked, how do you know you turned off the right breaker. Bottom line, a non-contact detector like the Mr. Pen is an easy way to see if power is going to the equipment/device and the line is active. A non-contact voltage detector is just that. You don’t need to make contact with the line like with a Multimeter. Plus you don’t need to adjust any settings or knobs to get a voltage reading. Simply hold the Mr. Pen over a cord or wire whip and if there is AC power a red light will turn on and an audible beep will come out of the device.
