I really like the easy of use that the Aqaubot Breeze 4WD. The control and power unit are very basic, so anyone can set it and use it without any real trouble. The two top loading debris chambers make for very easy access and cleaning. It also has a large handle on top so putting it in the pool and taking it out is a breeze.

The true 4WD drive means that the cleaner will not get stuck on any main drains or step areas in the pool. It also allows the cleaner to get full coverage of your in-ground pool, up to the waterline. I like the soft sponge like tires also making it safe for all pool surface types. The 60 ft of cable makes it ideal for even a large pool and the 3-hour run time is sufficient for just about any pool.
The two extra large debris baskets on top can hold a ton of dirt and debris. I mentioned that it filters down to an industry leading 2 microns which means that even the smallest dirt particles will be picked up by the cleaner. So, whether your pool has large leaf debris or both leaves and dirt the Breeze 4WD is the perfect choice for your pool. The rotating center scrub brush will loosen up dirt and debris while the cleaner is moving on the pool surface.

One thing I really like about robotic pool cleaners is that they operate independently form your pool’s filtration system. This means that I you are using a Variable Speed Pump you can run your pool less at high speed while the robotic cleaner is running in your pool. This also means that the pool filter will stay cleaner longer since all the dirt and debris is being trapped inside the cleaner itself. It is also a very convenient way to clean your pool. Just drop the cleaner in, let it run for the cleaning cycle and remove it. It couldn’t be simpler.

Mr. Pen Non-contact Voltage Meter - Don't Get Electrocuted!

One of the biggest issues you will run into with anything connected to an AC power is if that device or equipment is receiving power. In the pool service industry, this often is the case when you find that a pool pump won’t turn on. Or if a pool timer doesn't on, is it receiving power? Also for repairs with so many breakers being unmarked, how do you know you turned off the right breaker. Bottom line, a non-contact detector like the Mr. Pen is an easy way to see if power is going to the equipment/device and the line is active. A non-contact voltage detector is just that. You don’t need to make contact with the line like with a Multimeter. Plus you don’t need to adjust any settings or knobs to get a voltage reading. Simply hold the Mr. Pen over a cord or wire whip and if there is AC power a red light will turn on and an audible beep will come out of the device.
